The problem
A party in WarEra is only as strong as its members' economies. When a member's company quietly loses money, or their storage fills up and production stops, nobody notices until it's too late.
Checking every member by hand, every day, isn't something any leader actually does.
So the tool does it for them, and turns it into a to-do list.
What it does
- A daily fix list. WarEra Buddy's briefing, run for every member who owns companies, showing what's wrong and the exact fix to send them.
- Problems tracked until solved. Each one is followed from the day it appears until it's gone.
- The whole party in one place. Members, military units, the country's government, and a full profile for every player, with a daily history of every change.
- Discord names next to every player, so leaders know who to message.
How it's built
A daily crawler on GitHub Actions reads the game once a day and stores it in SQLite, then exports static data for the site. Visitors never touch the game's API.
It's gentle with the game: well under the rate limits, it backs off when asked, and it picks up where it left off if a run is cut short.
Private by design. It's hosted on Cloudflare Pages behind Cloudflare Access sign-in, only game data is stored, and a Refresh button lets leaders start a new crawl when they need one.
